The good news is that teachers, school administrators and other mentors who have used our program say the program works. Here are some statistics from surveys given at the end of each program:

• 100% say that students show an increased understanding and interest in conflict resolution and peace building.

• 100% say students were engaged in the conversations and participated fully.

• 100% say students share that they are using the skills learned in the program in their lives.

• 100% say that the program provided opportunities for students to draw conclusions, solve problems, and engage in meaningful discussions about conflict resolution and peace.

• 90% say that students demonstrated a shift in attitude and behavior.

• 90% say the program gave them a new way to talk with students about conflict resolution and problem solving

• Most importantly, 100% of teachers and administrators say they would be interested in continuing to do Where Peace Lives Programs to build a culture of peace in their schools!
